The 400 sq.m villa rests on a 680 sq.m terrain. It is built on two levels and is completely renovated with the introduction of advanced technology, which makes it among the most high-tech villas on the island. Cycladic minimalist architecture meets industrial chic in this rare gem of a vacation property with unsurpassed 270 degrees views of Agios Stefanos, Paros, Antiparos, Mpaos, Rhenia, Dilos, Sifnos, Siros, Serifos, Kythnos, Kea, Giaros and Tinos island.

The property is designed and decorated with minimalistic touches, featuring 14 fine artworks created by the property owner. The interior and exterior illumination projects create unique feelings of positive vibes throughout the Villa MED. The exterior area is absolutely plain and simple with external stairs connecting the upper floor with the pool/garden area, providing the required independency for the guests. The guests can relax next to the 40sq.m bio-pool and enjoy the tranquility and the elegance of the surroundings.

The ground level consists of 2-car parking, main entrance, two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one double bedroom with bathroom not en-suite, a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living areas.

The large terrace has plenty of space for dining, sunbathing, relaxing and enjoying the unobstructed views. A built-in professional barbecue is also at your disposal.

The upper level has two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a twin bedroom (separate beds 1mx2m mattress each) with en-suite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a WC.
The property is protected by a security alarm connected to the police, and covered by insurance for civil liability in case of accidents.

Towels (shower and pool) and bedsheets are provided. There are always extra towels available. Towels are normally changed every 2 days, but can be changed throughout your stay as frequently as you wish with an extra charge (please contact us for prices).

The pool features a resistance swimming system, a hydro-massage operated by a remote control and a choice of different color illumination scenarios. A specialist will clean the pool twice a week, discreetly during morning hours.

Two ample parking spaces are located at the entrance (three smaller cars can fit)
