Returns & Guarantee Policy

 

The Guest must proceed in making the deposit of 40% on the total rent in order to confirm the reservation. The remaining amount is to be paid four (4) weeks prior to the Guest’s arrival at the Property. In case of a special or non-refundable offer, full prepayment is required unless otherwise agreed. All deposits are final and non-refundable, but can be transferred to any future booking during the same season, subject to availability.

The Security Deposit: A deposit, the amount of which is 20% of the total rent, is due to be paid in cash the latest being, at time of Check-In. This Security Deposit is for security and shall be refunded at the Check-Out Date provided no deductions are made due to:

i. damage to the Property or furnishings.

ii. dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning, or

iii. any other cost incurred by Owner due to the Guest’s stay.

No Show policy: 100% of the reservation will be charged as penalty fee.

Early Departure policy: 100% of the remaining reservation cost will be charged as penalty fee If the Property appears dirty or damaged upon Check-In.
