The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a contemporary building, with elevator available from the ground floor.

Heating in underfloor and cooling comes from three silent & potent DAIKIN units. Moreover, equipment includes a washing/dryer machine, iron + ironing board.

Towels and bedsheets are provided, and can be changed throughout your stay as frequently as you wish with an extra charge (please contact us for prices).

The living room is spacious, beautifully designed, elegantly decorated, spotlessly clean, and full of light. There is a smart TV and built-in loudspeakers.

The kitchen has a refrigerator, oven and ceramic stove, i.e. is fully equipped for cooking. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine, American coffee maker, toast maker, kettle, and dishwasher.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, TEMPUR® memory foam, with COCO-MAT pillows, cotton bedsheets, and a large closet. The bathroom is ensuite with shower. Towels, shower gel & shampoo are provided.

The guest bedroom has a king-size bed, ELITE mattress, Sealy pillows, cotton bedsheets and large closet.

Both bathrooms have a modern design shower. Towels, shower gel & shampoo are provided.

The property is protected by a security alarm connected to the police, and covered by insurance for civil liability in case of accidents.
